I’m trying to submit some tickets to the inSided Support. But after I login, I only get a (what looks like a) 404 error. Is it just me or is it a global issue?

Hi @bjoern_schulze  yes this indeed does look related to yesterdays Zendesk global outage - we’ve raised a ticket to inquire further with them regarding this. For now can you email any tickets to support@insided.com, Will keep you posted once we have some news!

I think it's a global issue, I’ve had the same experience with a different company yesterday.

True, Zendesk had a global outage yesterday, could be that it is happening again.
