Question

1 dashboard - 3 "views" on 1 report? Where view=different filter settings?

We are looking for the filter to enable the same report to be displayed in this dashboard BUT filtered by those elements we have identified. For example on the dashboard, I would like see "Trended Escalations > 3 days" filtered by Segmentation, Relationship, CSM Director, CSM, and Customer for this given report on this 1 given dashboard

    If I understand what you are trying to do you can do this with Global dashboard filters. Add a separate global filter for each category. I have only done a maximum of two global filters on same dashboard but in theory should work. Of course if multiple of those filters are set at once you may end up omitting data from view due to the overlap of filters.

      Jeff is spot on here. With Global Filters you can specify which (one, many, or all) reports on the dashboard are filtered by that specific criteria.

      See example below where the first report is not selected, but the second one is:
