It'd be great to see the ability to "clear cache and refresh", so when we run an update to our accounts from salesforce, the reports can quickly reflect what was updated.
I'm still unclear on when the reports refresh, and it doesn't always match what's in Salesforce, even after I rerun the rule to update accounts.

Hi Teena,
Reports run every time you access the dashboard and serve you live data! And that's the reason rendering dashboard takes the time it does. At the moment we are not caching the report result set, though we do have it on the roadmap. Could you give us more details so that we can figure out what else is causing this behavior?
Thanks
Venky

Good morning, Venkateswara! Yup, sure can - It was a false alarm. Sorry about that!
I realized the account-update rule had been reconfigured 2 days ago; all of the necessary fields weren't included - which in turn led to the large amount of confusion.
Thanks for following up. Have a great rest-of-the-week.
