Hi Colette, while you cannot create a survey program at the user level, I want to share a way I do this for internal users in case it’s helpful. I send an internal CSAT to the named CSM here at Gainsight anytime a certain CTA is closed. So I do the program at an account-level but am still able to reference internal people.
I think we don’t allow user-level survey responses because our survey objects need to be able to associate to a company (or relationship).
While this document was originally written with the Outreach functionality in mind, the first section on creating power lists of internal users should still be applicable for use in Journey Orchestrator Programs along with Survey 2.0 surveys. Does this cover what you're looking for?

but i was wondering if it is now possible to send out survey via JO for internal users (CSMs) on thier usage expericne of Gainsight?
Recently came across a situation in which I would like to do this. My issue is that I would like to survey internal users and follow with a differentiated response. The issue seems to be that a user cannot be assigned to a company. Using the “Company” entity is not possible since users are not company people. However, using the “User” entity does not allow Surveys. I see that it’s been a year but any update or workaround would be appreciated. Thanks.
