Add email template to CTA created by Rule
When using the Rules Engine to create a CTA, I would like to attach an email template to that CTA. Is the only way to do this to create a playbook and associated that playbook to my rule?
That's correct, Kara. Email Assist tasks live inside of a Playbook.
