Hi,
Is there documentation that shows how to add status and trend fields in Timeline and then those fields link back to the scorecard?
Thank you in advance!

Hi Jasmine, I'm checking with the docs team to make sure I point you in the right direction. Thanks!
Hi Jasmine, if you add new custom fields to a timeline activity, it is then reportable and usable by reports and rules by selecting the Activity Timeline object. Which you could then use as input criteria for a rule that set or updated scorecard info.

Thank you!
Thank you Dan! Quick Question: In the documentation, it says to add custom fields in the AO CTA object. Why not in another object?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Jasmine - that's a good call out. We should have a better screen shot there. You actually add the custom field in the Timeline configuration screen. See below:
@neelam_mukherjee - FYI on the image used in the article linked above being incorrect.

Thank you Prashant!
I'm following the https://support.gainsight.com/Data_Management/Managing_Data_In_Gainsight/Dropdown_List_and_Multi_Select_Dropdown_List documentation to add a custom dropdown field to one of my timeline activity types. However, when I add a dropdown field in timeline I don't see the new category field I created.
Am I missing an in-between step before I see the custom category I created?
Thanks!

Hi Jasmine,
Sorry for the delayed response. Many of us were at the Pulse conference last week. Did you attend?
It might make sense for you to shoot an email to our support team and they can help you by walking through the issue you're facing in a more real time manner. Also, if you're getting any errors or issues, they can help with that too.
