I am opening this in behalf of a customer who pointed out that in Sally, all activity types are being displayed (including the ones that have been deactivated in Administration/Activities and Timelines). In discussing this with other support and engineering resources it was stated that "this is expected behavior". 





If I am not mistaken, Update, Call, Meeting and Email are default fields in SFDC, and in the Gainsight UI are not able to be deleted (but can be deactivated) It appears that even in these fields are not checked as active in the Gainsight UI they are still being displayed. It would make sense if Sally would honor the Gainsight Administration/Activities and Timelines activity type configuration instead of pulling every configured activity type into Sally irrespective of whether they are checked as active or not.
Just deactivating form GLOBAL will not work. You have to deactivate the activity types at each section level like Account or Relationship.
