Our team has provided a patch fix and has deployed it to all customers. The rules queue is now processing rules, but it will take some time for all rules to be processed.
If you have any failures on your rules, you will need to rerun them. If your rules had "processing" as the status, the rules will run on their own once the queue is cleared.
