Announcement: Rule Chain Failures

Rule chains are currently failing for some customers with the latest MDA patch pushed on 5/2.  Our Engineering team is currently investigating and working on a fix.  Please refer to our status page (https://status.gainsight.com/) or follow this thread to receive the latest updates on an available fix.

      Our team has provided a patch fix and has deployed it to all customers.  The rules queue is now processing rules, but it will take some time for all rules to be processed.

      If you have any failures on your rules, you will need to rerun them.  If your rules had "processing" as the status, the rules will run on their own once the queue is cleared.
