I'm experiencing some unexpected behavior in trying to send myself preview emails from the email step in AO.  It seems as though I am only able to send one test message from the email preview screen.  I do get a popup confirming the message will be sent shortly, but no additional emails come through.  This happened yesterday as well.  I have tried restarting chrome and tried an alternate browser but still no luck.  There's no evidence of them having been caught by a filter, it just seems like they are not going out.





Has anyone else encountered/resolved this type of situation?
Dale - If you still experiencing this, you can submit a ticket to Gainsight Support - they can look at logs as well that might be able to provide some insight into what is happening.
Thanks Denise.  Support did help and we confirmed there was a delivery delay in the email system.  It was very confusing since the first one went out right away and the rest were delayed.
