Assign CSM to CTA in a Program
I'm creating a CTA in a Program Survey Model. How can I assign that CTA to the CSM? I don't see the CSM in the "Owner Field" drop down even if it's selected in my participants Query.

Hi Dimitar,
In order to assign the "Owner Field" in the Create CTA action, you need to have a field that is of type "External ID". You can do this by mapping the field you selected in the participants query to a custom mapping.
You'll want to make sure that the field you brought in is the SFDC or GS ID type and not the CSM name or email. See below
