Assigned name field in CTAs doesn't show most up to date owner of the task

When using the assigned name field in CTA's, it does not show the most up to date owner of the task. It shows the first owner of the task. How can I get an accurate owner of the CTA now if I can't use assigned name?

I had a similar issue when I created a CTA that was based on assignee name, but the action was to change the CSM on the account.  After the CSM was changed, managers would see CTAs for CSM's outside of their team.

Thanks Kate. So instead of assignee, I should just use CSM name instead? And that should give me all of these relevant CTA's for the CSM?

It could work for you but I'm not sure.  I was mostly commenting so that I could tag along with any suggestions others make on this thread!  🙂

Hi Ky,

The 'assigned' column in the report should show latest owner of the CTA and not the old one. Were you able to see the right data?
