Has anyone found a way to report on if an objective is created and the “Associated Person” field is not filled out by an end user?
Here is what we have identified…
- Cockpit Associated Records Object in Gainsight shows us Associated Persons that have been logged by end users.
- Scorecard shows us what accounts have and do not have an associated person. However, the limitation is that it is picking up all accounts regardless of if they have an associated person or not?
How have people found a way to monitor compliance of the field since it appears to not be easy to report off of and you can’t make it a required field?
