Automating Relationship Contacts

Hello -

 

I constantly get feedback from end-users that adding contacts to relationship contact section manually is time consuming. Is there a way to automate the adding of contacts into the Relationship contact section of the R360?

Hi @kytpowell – this can be automated. If you create a Relationship rule, in Setup Action,  you can select the action “Load to Relationship Related Objects” and select “Relationship Contact” as the object you want to load to. 

 

The potentially tricky part here is creating a dataset with the contacts that you want to load and which relationships you want to load them to.
