Being able to see assigned task on Gainsight Home under Cockpit widget
Gainsight Home is a great way to see all assigned CTA’s, but there are times that a user is assigned a Task and that does not show up under the Cockpit widget, since the Global filter is for CSM.
This would be a great enhancement to be able to see CTAs and Task in the widget.

@gschardan For example, if you choose Dan in the global filter for company CSM, the cockpit widget will show CTAs only for the companies where the company’s CSM is Dan. If you want to see the CTA for the logged in user, you can just not add the global company CSM filter and choose ‘My CTAs’ view in the cockpit widget. I have done the same in the example below. If you see the image below, Sriram is the logged in user. To view the CTAs of Sriram, CSM field in global filter is left as ‘Any’ and the cockpit view is selected as ‘My CTAs’. You can also see that the 4th CTA has Anil as the owner but it still shows up because you have tasks under that CTA where Sriram is the owner.
If you want to see CTAs for a different user, you can use the cockpit widget filter and change the owner as shown below. Hope that clarifies.
