We are creating some internal exec/department head JO report programs for escalations. Anyone have a good way to token-ize the CTA URL in email template for an exec that may not live in Gainsight all day every day? Where they would click it and just right to the Cockpit view of the CTA.
I hope it is not something simple I am just missing…. but it happens.

If you can grab the first half of the URL that has your tenant domain, you can then put a token at the end and map to the GSID of the CTA. URL is different if you use NXT or SFDC and they typically would login via SFDC or Gainsight.
GSID starts with IS01Z…
If you have someone create a CTA and assign it to you, you should be able to copy the first part of the URL from the email notification that you receive.
