Can a CTA be assigned to a inactive Salesforce user?





I think we cannot assign it manually. But, we can assign it via Rules Engine.

Currently we cannot assign a CTA to an inactive Salesforce user, but via rules it is possible, but again please let us know the use-case we will help you better.
