I'm creating a set of CTAs/Playbooks for our CSMs and one of the tasks is an email assist. I love how these emails are automatically placed into Timeline as an Activity but i was wondering if there is a way for those logged activities to be logged as a certain type.





To add context, these emails assists have to do with our CSMs sending emails to the Account Manager when the account is 150,120,90, etc. days out from the renewal date. So there will be multiple "Reach out to AM" email tasks leading up to the renewal.





If those email assists can't land on the timeline as a specific type, what would be the best way to report on these tasks for leadership? They want to be able to confirm that these emails did in fact go out.
