Can I limit the number of emails a contact receives in JO?
Other email systems allow you to exclude contacts from automated programs if they have received X amount of emails within Y days. Does Gainsight have that functionality? My concern is that once we get moving with automation, a contact could get too many emails. We would want to exclude them from certain campaigns.
