Can out of box JO analytics charts be modified

Is it possible to modify the analytics charts for JO? I am looking to add extra columns to the Email - Sent, Open, Click chart to include the account name and the CSM assigned to the account.

Also, there does not seem to be an option to export to Excel.

Is it possible to do this - I did not see anything in the Gainsight Go user guides.

    This is an enhancement request.

    When accessing the analytics of a program, you can add fields to the participants view as long as you map those fields in your programs. There is no Export capability to Excel available as you point out. The charts presented when accessing the analytics of a program do offer Excel export but can't be customized to consider more fields. As for the Program Analytics dashboard, there is no field customization nor Excel export available currently.

    The solution today is to create custom reports/dashboards. You can report on the content of these custom fields through the AO participants table. The fields need to be mapped in all programs in a consistent order within a field type.
