Is there a way to automatically assign a new success plan that drops to a user group?

For example, when a New Product Onboarding success plans drops - we have a group of 6 people that round robin pick up these onboardings. Right now it’s a manual process to assign them, is it possible to make the default owner of these plans a user group instead of one user?

Definitely - would be a great benefit for my company, but wanted to see if it was already possible before submitting as idea!


I don’t think you can achieve this via Rules Engine, as the only value in the Owner dropdown is a user GSID 🙁 

But seems like a very good use case to leverage the Users Groups like we can do now with a Call To Action Action . I'm with Dayn, you should definitely submit the idea!
