Can you add a button to an Account view in SFDC that links and opens the account in Gainsight?
Would be a lot quicker if I could click a button when viewing an account which opened the same account in GS

Hi Jon,
Do you have the Gainsight, VisualForce widget configured and added to Account page layouts? If so, users can simply click on the Gainsight logo and be taken directly to the C360 in Gainsight for that customer.
