@deryamercann by checklist if you meant tasks within the CTAs of the SP. You would add them manually one by one.
There are a few ways to add to the existing template
- Add tasks from CTA timeline entry as you discover new tasks from internal/external discussions - so they get auto added to the CTA
- Finish the existing tasks and click on replace playbook if you want to apply tasks form another playbook to the same CTA. If you do replace playbook before closing existing tasks - they get removed and replaced with the new playbook tasks
If this is some you want to roll out across teams then it has to be another version of SP with the checklist tasks also added to the playbook.
