I am facing some issues while using emails and their fonts in JO.





Seems like its a compatibility issue, I have raised a support ticket as well but wanted to put forth a message here too incase someone else has experienced this before.





1. The email template fonts get are jibberish after the email is sent out via JO. I use the "clear formatting" option to clear away all the formatting but when the email is opened in Outlook (for windows client), the fonts come across as different sizes which were never worked on. Is there a workaround available to fix the issue ? Due to this, most of our customers suspect these emails to be spam. This is definitely not a great user experience.





2. This could be either JO inflexibility or emails inflexibility : Our privacy team just decided to send all surveys as operational where we are not giving customers option to unsubscribe. Due to this, when I use the JO Survey programs, it doesnot allow me to choose these operational emails. And the simpler email program is not we are looking for creating this advanced outreach. In my opinion, JO should be flexible to allow choose emails as we need due to our different internal processes.





If anyone has experineced this before and has thoughts about how can we workaround this , let me know.

Happy to announce that your request has been considered. Email Templates are enhanced with a new UI and significant performance improvements. Changes in the feature make it more user-friendly, and also allows admins to customize the email templates to provide the best email template layout that works in various email clients.

You can find the relevant information in Release Notes.

This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT version.
