Unable to universally remove the settings on a dashboard.  Source reports are updated but there is a bad date setting, not sure how it got there, but it seems to be applied to every dashboard component for all users.  How do I remove this so that end users see the dashboard in a way that reflects the actual configuration of the reports.  





I don't want to have to remove it individually from ALL users.

From the problem you mentioned, I believe the spurious filter is probably part of the global filter in Dashboard Builder (Administration > Analytics > Dashboard Builder). When you go to the Dashboard you mention, there is a possibility that you would see a Global filter applied on the top which must be the bad date setting you mentioned. That filter is something you can remove.





Do reply if this doesn't seem to be the issue.
