When my client's end users use click to call to reach a client, the C2C window is showing the word, "Contact" rather than the contact's name. All phone number info is showing correctly. Can we change the contents of this field to display the name?









Since the Click to Call window is service by InGenius, can they find out if there is a configuration option or parameter that is missing that we need to pass to the C2C provider? (We don't control how that small window appears.)
