Hey,

We recently enabled the GS to SFDC task sync, which works well, but we’d actually like to limit tye type of tasks that sync into SFDC, to only have renewal-related tasks synced. Is that something that can be done? Because I don’t see an option to apply a filter to the sync but perhaps I’m missing something.

Thanks!

The last section of this article should have the necessary details:

Let me know if you need anymore info

Hi @TalAmor ,

Thanks for sharing this. As of today, we cannot restrict the type of CTAs for which this option is available…if you are using a specific playbook for your renewal CTA’s you can turn on automatic sync only for this playbook (so that these tasks are automatically synced….but your users can still manually sync any tasks they want manually)

Regards

That should work actually, how can I switch on automatic sync only for a particular playbook?
