Copying Scorecard comments post timeline integration with Scorecards

Many of our customers are using scorecard comments as they change a manual score and copy it to the field in Salesforce. For context, this copying happens via the Rules engine (Comment field of the scorecard measure to the field in Salesforce). With Scorecard / timeline integration, the comments still will have the latest timeline update at any point and therefore we are not required to change the underlying rules. That's forward thinking product management. Thank you! For context this is how the rule looks like:

My slight concern is when the destination field for comments is a long text, the formatting, when the copying happens via the rules engine, adds too many tags which makes it look wonky. Has anyone else faced this issue?
