I would like to create an Opportunity in SFDC when a certain set of criteria are detected.  For example, I create a CTA when an account in 90 days to renewal.





In addition I want to create an Opportunity for the Account Exec to schedule a Health Check.  Currently we use Opportunities in SFDC to track Health Checks since our Account Exec's do not use Gainsight, and we have no plans for them to.
