CSM Tip: How should a CSM use Reports and Dashboards?
1) To navigate to Dashboards, use the left navigation pane to select “Gainsight”

2) Select a Dashboard from the dropdown in the top left corner.
3) Use the wheel icon to export the Report to Excel or alter the field rankings

4) Use the table icon to change the layout of the report

5) Use the filter icon to change the filters on the report. For example, you can exclude customers above or below specific thresholds.
