Our customer marketing team is preparing a program to send out of Gainsight.  Part of the recipients of the program is able to built built from Gainsights query builder tool.  The other part is a CSV file of contacts that has a lot of data (but not any Gainsight data like company IDs or relationship IDs).

What is the best way to get this data into Gainsight so that it can be linked up with Gainsight ID fields for reporting capabilities?  Create a new custom object and data load the file into it and then do a query builder merge with company data?

@Justin Bills I think that would probably be the easiest way.  The other way I can think of if you didn’t want to create an object would be to export your company data, and then, do a vlookup to match, and upload that CSV into the journey itself.
