Brand new admin here just starting to dig into reports.

We’d like to report on CTA compliance for CTAs created by rules only and manual CTAs assigned by management (2 separate reports). We’re less interested in CSM’s CTA compliance on their CTAs they’ve created themselves for day to day tasks.

Has anyone done something like this? Thanks!

Hi @jriva :

For the 1st report (see CTA’s created via rules/automation). Can you try out  with the below configuration and let me know if that work

For the 2nd report (CTA’s created by Management): How do you identify that a user is a part of the management team or the CSM team? Do you have any fields where this is tracked (such as role?)

@jriva On the Call to Action object, you should have a field called Source that you could use to filter to Rules for one and Manual for the other.  For the manual, it will be a little more complicated to get to the ones created by management versus the CSM.  The best way I can see is to use the Created by ID to filter.  It might make sense to add another field on the Call to Action for to do a look up for that Created by ID to add whether that person is a manager or CSM so that you could filter off that and not have to add names.

@sai_ram yes I’ve reviewed her comments but I’m having difficulty getting the report to produce the results I want.

@aditya_marla - I managed to get the management report working by filtering by “created by” and the using the first names of the mangers. Probably not the most elegant solution, but it works!

I’ll let you know how it goes once I build the rules report.

Thanks so much for your input!
