Hey everyone. We're building our proceses here and would like some advice. I would like to track certain activities and roll them in a report to demonstrate CS's influence on retention. These activities may include a QBR, a call, training etc...
How do I best architect this? I have CTAs that create the QBR, we have timeline activities that are calls, tasks that are calls (as they are part of a CTA playbook), training timeline activities etc... Would like to understand what people have standardized on for reporting purposes. Thank you!!

One idea is to write CTA tasks and Timeline activities to the SFDC Activity Object and create a Gainsight report on this activity object. This ensures that CTA tasks/activities and Timeline activities will be in one report and minimizes duplicate entry for CSMs. I'm very open to ideas here.
