If I was viewing a section on the Customer360 that has a report attached to it, and I attempt to perform an Account search in the upper right corner fo the screen, the search becomes partially obstructed by the report I was viewing.  See screen cap:





I noticed that the other day. However, it's only obscured when a report is in the same window. If you scroll up or down past the report, it should no longer be obscured.
Thanks for posting this Jeff. I am acknowledging this issue. We will have this fixed soon. 
This appears to have been fixed with the 5.x UI.
