Dashboard builder not updating

Hi All,

I'm attempting to complete Admin - Reports & Dashboards - SFDC & NXT - Part 2 in my gainsight training org, but receiving the same message that my "Dashboard permissions setup in MDA is in progress. Please check back in few minutes.". It's been like this for a few hours, tried logging out and back in, no change.
