Dashboard filters flickering when another value is selected

I have created a dashboard with global filters at the top, but when I want to change the Customer Success Manager, it's impossible to click on Apply, because that button moves around.

Here is my problem:



I am using Google Chrome Version 53.0.2785.143 m
