Do we have the ability to upload an external email template?

I have a brand-approved email template that I'd love to use for survey invitations - is it possible to upload that into Gainsight and use that as my standard email template, rather than having to build it using.jpgs (that don't always aesthetically translate)?

    You should be able to put most HTML into the email template by clicking on the insert HTML button on the email template.

    You would then want to click back to the regular interface to edit with tokens/reports/etc. Just make sure you have absolute URLs for any externally served images.
