Correct me if my thinking was wrong. Your Salesforce users want to see the Gainsight Reports on Gainsight C360 Page? If yes, please add the below permission and try it.
Gainsight Standard and/or Gainsight Special

Yes - we are trying for users to be able to see the C360 and timeline associated with the account.
Ok. Please add these 2 Gainsight Standard and/or Gainsight Special Permission sets and try, it should work.
