If a user refreshes a stale health score using the checkmark instead of the new refresh button; a duplicate health score record is created - which impacts reporting and dashboards. Standard UI procedure is that invalid options should not be available (can only rely on user training to a certain extent). If the score value is not changed, the checkmark option should not be available.
