Email Service config option unavailable
Our installation process has stalled at the email configuration. Our SalesForce admin is unable to select 'Gainsight email service' from the dropdown menu (see image). In his view, this option is grayed-out.

In Administration -> Email Configuration have you clicked enable for Suvey Email Setting?
