Email template 2.0 availability in Gainsight vault

I can only find Email Template 1.0 in Vault but to work with Advanced outreach you need to have Email Template 2.0. So how to make use of Email template available in Vault for AO.

Is it intentional to have 1.0 in vault?or Is there a plan in future to make Email Template from 1.0 to 2.0 in Vault.

    Hi,

    We do have in the roadmap for the ability to add email template 2.0 in vault. The timeline is not known at this point.

    There is also work in progress for converting your existing email template of type 1.0 to be migrated over to Email Template 2.0. The tentative timeline for the same is Winter release.
