Enable chart options in a single report with dual pie charts

My customer (Katie Baker) from wokiva company is looking for a feature where we can use "Chart options" in dual pie charts associated with single report. Currently, the chart option displays the "No Options Available" - Chart options for using dual pie charts in single report. And we are supporting single report - single pie chart options.
