Does anyone know if the "Load Snapshot to Engagement every month" works retroactively? We have usage info from previous months and are exploring using this Engagement feature soon to track score history. Any idea is it will show us previous months' scores or just the most recent, previous month?

    It will start tracking once the feature is turned on but will not load or calculate retroactively.
