Errors in Gainsight Admin pages due to expired/suspended 3rd party packages installed in SFDC instance

We have identified errors while creating new assets in Gainsight's report builder, rules engine, or rendering pages with some of the admin configurations in Orgs that have the latest SFDC version and have any expired/suspended third party packages installed in their SFDC instance. We are working on the issue and will update the status page with further information as soon as we know more.

    The root cause has been identified and the fix is ready. It is expected to take few hours before it is available to all orgs. The Gainsight team is working diligently to resolve the problem.
