NPS Text Analytics is a new feature introduced in 5.5. Using several analytical techniques, it breaks down and classifies the textual information contained in NPS comments and makes it available for reporting purposes. The data and analysis is captured within the Data Space NPS Text Analytics, which is available on all 5.5 orgs.
