We have found a couple of cases where the fields (sales stage and account executive) are not updating in Gainsight (R360) from SFDC. I have checked the rules that pull the data into Gainsight and they seem to be running properly, in fact they are updating these fields in other accounts. I dont know what is happening for these particular cases. Any idea?
i.e Account XYZ
Sales Stage
SFDC; Renewal 75%
Gainsight; Prospecting
