This is a question mostly for Gainsters: Does Customer Cheat Sheet, or whatever it’s called now, reference or have access to any of the Associated Records data?

Based on the FAQ it does not seem that way, but I would like to confirm.

In general, I’d like to know if ANY of the AI features Gainsight has rolled out/is rolling out soon leverage any of the Associated Records data for Timeline, or only the main Timeline object.

As admins, Associated Records data is rather challenging to use in Rules and such, so I’m wondering if the AI has the same limitation, and that data is being ignored.

I understand that many use cases for Associated Records is just to associate a timeline entry from one CTA to another CTA for the same company, but as you can associate entries ACROSS Companies, not including that seems like an oversight, and I would like to get some clarity on this.

Thank you!

@revathimenon can you assist in getting this in front of the right group?

Yes @bradley, you are right we don’t use Associated Records data in Cheat sheet or AI features in Gainsight. We are considering to bring this data in and its in discovery phase

@AshutoshSingh Gotcha - I though that was the case but appreciate the confirmation. Seems like a large data gap for customers who use it (including us) so I hope that is something that gets resolved sooner than later. Thank you!

We also use Associated Records quite a lot--each of our company records today represents an individual factory plant or site location, so CSMs use AR almost daily to associate the meetings they’re having with multiple company records. Would be really helpful to have this added!
