Gainsight and Lightning

We are switching to Salesforce Lightning and I noticed a few changes that are not in our current version of Gainsight. Mainly the collapse/expand SFDC header button and when clicking a Rule link doesn't open the Rule Preview where you can view and download records. Is this something that needs to be updated on Gainsight's end, our SFDC side, or is this not going to be supported in Lightning?
