SUMMARY 















An Emergency Hotfix


was released as follows: 















Sunday, June 19th 2016   between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM CST















 















This release was to


fix an issue identified in Gainsight backend component.  During this release Rules and Data-processor were in hold state for


about 45 Minutes. Soon after the deployment, 


all queues have resumed as normal.
