Hotfix was released as follows: 















Wednesday,


June 29th 2016 between 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM CST
















 















This release


was to fix an issue identified in backend rules component.  During


this release Rules  were in hold state


for about 60 Minutes. Soon after the deployment,  all queues have resumed


as normal.
