We have users who have a Gainsight Limited License. We can grant them access to Preview Surveys. However, they cannot actually see the survey responses for an account. This is an issue because the information can be important for the Limited License User to see.

Hi Lane,
This can be done by publishing the Survey section from the C360 to the widget view. See this support page: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Customers_and_Relationships/Admin_Configuration/...

Hi Dan,
This has been done. But when the user goes to the survey tab in the Gainsight section of the Account Record, clicks "View Survey" and then clicks the Eyeball, it says "insufficient privileges".

Hi Lane,
Did you by chance take a look at this article with details on survey permission sets: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Surveys_and_NPS/Admin_Configuration/Assign_Surve...
If you're still running into issues, it might be good to email support@gainsight.com to have them take a closer look.

The user has permissions on the survey level.
From my chat with a support rep, it sounds like I would need to clone the "Gainsight Limited" permission set and add the Survey Visualforce pages. I don't think that should the answer especially if you've given them permission in the survey to view the responses.
